Get To Know Dr. Hoepfner
Dr. Hoepfner grew up in a small town in Illinois bordering the Mississippi River and Iowa. He comes from a family of carpenters and mechanics, and working with his hands has always come naturally. For Dr. Hoepfner, dentistry is the perfect combination of caring for people and hands-on work.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Augustana College, where he played college basketball and almost won a national championship. He went on to earn his dental degree at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, IL.
After earning his degree, he moved to Florida to be closer to his family. He has 2 nieces and 2 nephews that he loves dearly. Family remains a vital part of Dr. Hoepfner's life, and he frequently returns to Florida to visit.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Hoepfner can be found playing basketball, golfing, or enjoying some fine dining.

What to Expect
We’ve worked hard to create an environment that is warm and welcoming. When you first visit Dental Shop of Elk Grove, you’ll notice that each team member loves what they do, especially when it comes to interacting with patients. You’ll be greeted by our front desk staff, who will answer any of your questions prior to your appointment.
Once you’ve checked in and completed new patient forms, you’ll be taken back to our operatories, where our hygienist and doctor will be ready for you.
If you’re visiting for a consultation, the doctor will answer any questions you have and talk you through the treatment process from start to finish.
